TERMS & CONDITIONS
Until a signed, completed Booking Form accompanied by the required deposit is received at our office and accepted by us, no agreement shall be deemed in force between the client and the Company. Bookings are accepted subject to the following conditions:
Deposit: a minimum non refundable deposit of £30.00 per person must accompany each booking on all self drive and coach holidays and all cheques made payable to Steve Nicholas only. (Not Steves Sound Dance Holidays)
Deposits are only refundable if the allocation is not met for the holiday.
Balance: The balance of the holiday must be paid at least 6 weeks before departure date. If balance is not paid in time the company reserve the right to cancel the booking and offer any places for re-sale.
Single rooms: On most tours these cost extra and can be difficult to obtain. Where possible it would be advisable for two friends travelling together to share a twin-bedded room.
Luggage: is to be restricted to one medium suitcase and although we take every precaution for the conveyance of passenger’s luggage, it is carried at owner’s risk.
Cancellations: If you have to cancel your holiday, please inform us in writing via the office where you made your booking as soon as possible.
Cancellation charges will be levied as follows:
Days before departure date Charge Prior to 42 days Deposit
28 - 42 days 30% Of holiday cost
14 - 27 days 45% of holiday cost
7 - 13 days 60% of holiday cost
0 - 6 days 100% of holiday cost
If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of a Holiday Insurance Scheme you may be able to reclaim these charges. We would therefore strongly recommend you to take out independant travel insurance.
Coach routes: The information as to routes, halts, etc, contained in our brochure/website is as complete and accurate as possible at the time of going to press/online. We must, however, reserve the right to vary these routes if circumstances make it necessary. Your signature on the form implies acceptance of these conditions.
Any delays the coach has during any journey no responsability can be taken by the company operating the tour.
Our right to cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any holiday due to insufficient bookings, strikes or any other conditions (weather etc) making it impossible to operate.
Prices: All prices quoted are based upon costs at the time of going to press/online. Although the Company will make every effort to maintain published prices, the company reserve the right to increase or decrease the price after booking has been made and up to the date of the departure. In the event of further charges being levied you will receive a Supplementary Invoice. The amount shown in the invoice will be payable immediately and in any event before departure.
While every effort is made to operate the holiday/tour as advertised we reserve the right to change hotels, itineraries and prices should this be necessary.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any injury to or death of persons or any damages or loss to property or for delays or the consequences thereof in or outside any hotel you stop in or on any coach you travel on to and from your holiday destination or any location you visit during your stay.
The Company takes great care to see that the information contained in the brochure/website is accurate or based on genuine expectation, but we cannot accept responsibility for changes which take place in relation to the accommodation, services or amenities booked after the time of publication unless they are so substantial as to represent a standard inferior to that reasonably to be anticipated from the brochure/website.
All travel arrangements (other than those effected by the Company’s own transport) and contracts for service and accommodation are made by the Company as your agents and you will be subjected to any conditions imposed by any company, person or firm providing those facilities.
Picking-up points: You may only be picked up at authorised picking-up points. If you want to change your picking-up point you must advise the Company in writing at least fourteen days before the coach is due to pick you up.
Late arrival: You must be at your pick up point ten minutes before your coach is due to arrive to pick you up.The Company will not delay the departure of the coach or any other means of transport if you arrive late at your starting point for the Holiday/Tour or at any picking-up point en-route. The Company is not liable for any loss or expense suffered by passengers because they arrive late at any starting point. In this paragraph “picking-up point” covers both such halts and picking-up points as are described in the brochure/website as part of your Holiday/Tour and other such halts and picking-up points as may be notified to you by the Company. You must also allow time for Coach delays, due to road and traffic issues prior to you pick up times of which the company can not be held responsible for.
Cancellations due to bad weather the company strongly advises that you take out your own holiday insurance as Steve's Sound Dance Holidays do not except any responsibility for any cancelled holiday due to bad weather conditions.
Accidents or Death and loss of belongings. Steve's Sound Dance Holidays can not be held resposible for any guests accidents or loss of belongings and any accidents on the coaches and in or outside any of the hotels you are booked in.
Food , Drink and Behavior. Taking your own food and drink into hotels cannot be consumed in any public guest area or any bar or function room.The hotels have the rights to refuse any guest from doing this and you could be asked to leave the hotel.
Unacceptable behavior by any guest will also result in you been asked to leave the hotel of which Steve's Sound Dance Holidays takes NO responsibilities for any ones actions damage to the hotel or coach or travel cost involved etc.
Children’s discounts: Please inquire when booking for particular tour as hotel charges vary considerably.
Pets: NO animals can be taken on any Coach.
There is a seating plan for each coach tour but the company reserves the right to alter a seating plan and re-allocate seat numbers.
Cancellation must be in writing and will be taken from the day of receipt.
If any unforeseen circumstances cause a substantial increase in the price of fuel, we would be within our rights to ask for a surcharge.
